Mission Statement

To eliminate Alzheimer’s disease through the advancement of research, to provide and enhance care and support for all affected, and to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health.

Organization Profile

The Alzheimer’s Association Utah Chapter is committed to provide CARE for individuals and families affected by Alzheimer’s disease. Our staff, assisted by volunteers and advocates, EDUCATES and SERVES through a 24 hour/7 days per week Helpline, care consultations, dementia care referrals and support groups. Private donations from individuals, corporations and foundations build REVENE SOURCES to fund programs and services provided to EMPOWER care givers, care receivers, advocates and care professionals to better deal with Alzheimer’s disease. No one should face Alzheimer’s disease alone.
